INTRODUCTION
Stand-up paddle boarding is a great activity for both getting fit and for exploring the coastline of Co. Donegal.
At its simplest, paddle-boarding is a cross between surfing and kayaking where you stand on a very large surfboard and propel yourself with a very long paddle! SUP is accessible to all as the board is much bigger than a surfboard. This makes it much easier to find your balance and you will find it relaxing as well as a great way to get fit and explore the wonderful Donegal coastline!
PLEASE NOTE:
As Stand-up paddleboarding is very weather dependent, please contact us for up to date booking information.
